What was I in High School?

Brainy Kid

In high school, you were acing AP classes or hanging out in the computer lab.

You may have been a bit of a geek back then, but now you're a total success!

Too funny. First off, I didn't ace AP History in the first semester so I dropped it in favor of plain old history in order to get that damn A. I graduated in 1982 - the computer lab was one computer used by the true geeks in my high school. And I'm not sure I can be described as a total success in life now...by anybody!!

All American Kid

Popular but not plastic. Athletic but not a jock. Smart but not a brain.

You were well rounded and well liked in high school.

Me? All American? Who'da thought?

Hey, I got brainy kid, too! But believe me, I was not a brainy kid, not by a long stretch. And here's another thign: I don't tell my kids about my high school experiences for very good reasons.

Have a nice weekend, Kathleen.

I was the "Slacker Kid"

That's not fair! *sigh* figures. Just because I liked art class the most and thought the best part of Highschool were the parties..that doesn't make me a slacker. grrr.. lol:)

Can't wait to see the pictures and hear more about your trip in Mexico! It sounded like so much fun.

I hope you had a good weekend:)

2 things: the 18,633 you may have seen on the side of clarity25's diary wasn't her mom, it was me, who still ranks as the oldest guest. i actually wrote it on my own d-land page "swimmmer72" as i got impatient and just wanted to write about her theme of age by hours. the other thing was that i share a similiar approach to my age. i don't seem, feel, or age it, but then again, i never have, usually to my detriment. alas, those are other stories altogether. anyway, i enjoyed your guest entry, as i have enjoyed all of them, and i'm hoping clarity is pleased with the results of her little experiment. :)

Even though I have a degree in history, I have never heard of AP History. What is it? Advanced Physics History? American Political History? Applied Pyrotechnics History? Associated Press History? Angry People's History? :-)
