The Flu has come to visit me!
I'm home sick today - temp of 100F, aches, chills, puking and more. I am not enjoying my day off work either. The only good thing is that Martha brought me Vernor's which is the only thing to imbibe when you have the flu. Mom would always give it to us in a little bowl with a spoon so that we didn't drink too much at once and then have to puke again. And I'm doing the same as I've already had to clean up the bathroom once and I do not wish to do it again.
Hope everybody else is in the pink!

Hey Kathleen, Woof here, finally less busy, getting settled in (yup, been a while). I hope you feel better quickly (flu bad, and usually beats me down pretty hard).
Vernor's? Is that ginger ale? Schweppes is good.

I cringe just thinking of your present fate. I cannot even imagine that you took the time to write anything on the computer. Whenever I am in your "present condition," just the remotest thought of thinking doubles my misery. The worst thing is that nothing anyone says or does can help you in any way.
Oh no, that's terrible. I really hope you get over it FAST! Hate to hear about people going through the flu.
I dread it hitting me because running my own business, I'm here no matter what. I just need to rely on my little "Back in 5 minutes" sign! :o)

Oh, man, I'm sorry to hear this! I had the flu about ten years ago — that was rough.
I had it too - it was HELL!! Hope you're all better now! ~hugs~
